'GlenFootPath originated from a simple vision: to serve genuine Neapolitan pizza in London. Launched by the Bianchi relatives, our small-scale pizzeria in 1985 was intimate and dedicated, rooted in family traditions spanning generations.
The know-how of pizza crafting was learned in Italy by our inspirational founder, Marco Bianchi, who gained her skills from renowned pizzaiolos of Naples, the place where pizza was conceived. On her return to the UK, her goal was to faithfully bring the spirit of Italian pizza, sticking to time-honored practices and uncompromised ingredients.
Starting with a cozy dine-in space with merely 12 seats, we have broadened our presence yet stayed true to our foundation of excellence and originality. Embracing our storied wood ovens, we maintain making our dough freshly every day and choosing top-tier ingredients.
'GlenFootPath' is still in the trusty hands of our founding household, now operated by the second generation of the Bianchi lineage, marshaling a team fueled by passion. Although we've incorporated new techniques, the essence of our establishment endures: serving scrumptious, real-deal pizza that unites patrons.
