Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 10 minutes of placing the order. Since we strive to deliver your pizza hot and fresh, orders that are already in the preparation stage cannot be cancelled. We appreciate your understanding.
Returns and Refunds
At GlenFootPath, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to us within 2 hours of receiving your pizza. We will be happy to address your concerns and, if necessary, offer a refund or replacement.
- If the pizza delivered is not what you ordered, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you free of charge.
- If you receive a damaged or spoiled pizza, we will offer a replacement or a full refund in the original payment method where possible.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items such as gift cards, promotional items, and loyalty rewards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
